사업체 : 영리․비영리 또는 관공서의 인․허가 여부를 불문하고, 일정한 물리적 장소 또는 일정한 지역 내에서 하나의 단일 또는 주된 경제활동에 독립적으로 종사하는 기업체 또는 기업체를 구성하는 부분단위기업체 : 독립적으로 소유되고 통제되는 법적 또는 제도적 경영단위로서 자율적으로 자원 배분에 관한 의사결정을 할 수 있으며, 수입․지출 및 자금관리에 관한 재무제표 즉, 손익계산서․대차대조표․기타 기록을 독립적으로 유지․관리하는 단위로 경제적으로 밀접하게 연결된 기업집단이나 계열사가 아닌, 법적인 단일체특수형태근로종사자 : 독자적인 사무실, 점포 또는 작업장이 없고 계약된 사업주에게 종속되어 있지만 스스로 고객을 찾거나 맞이하여 상품이나 서비스를 스스로 직접 제공하고 일한 만큼 실적에 따라 소득(수수료, 봉사료, 수당 등)을 얻으며 근로제공방법, 근로시간 등은 본인이 독자적으로 결정하는 형태로 일하는 자와 그 밖의 종사자재택/가내근로자 : 재택/가내근로자는 근로제공의 방법이나 근로시간 등을 전적으로 본인이 결정하는 자로, 재택근로자는 근로의 장소가 사용자와 공간적으로 분리되어 있고 업무성취도에 따라 고정급을 지급받는 자(예: 114 전화안내 등)이며, 가내근무자는 대개 가정주부 등이 고용관계 없이 부업으로 물품의 가공 등 가내수공업적인 용역을 제공하고 그 대가를 지급받는 자파견근로자 : 파견사업주에게 고용되어 있으나 사용사업주의 사업체에 파견되어 근로하는 자. 임금이나 신분상의 고용관계는 파견사업주의 관리를 받지만, 업무상 지휘․명령은 사용 사업주로부터 받음용역근로자 : 용역업체가 고용하고 다른 사업주의 사업체에서 근로하는 자. 임금, 신분상의 고용관계 및 업무상 지휘․명령 등 모두를 용역업체의 지휘․감독을 받음일일근로자 : 근무지속성, 규칙성이 없이 아는 사람이나, 업체, 협회, 취업 알선기관 등의 호출을 받아 일자리가 생겼을 경우 일시적으로 단기간 근무하는 자. 고용․근무형태와 관계없음단시간근로자 : 통상근로자(사업체내 가장 일반적 형태의 근로자)의 1주간 소정근로시간(보통은 1주일에 40시간)보다 1시간이라도 짧은 소정근로시간(예를 들면 1주일에 35시간)동안 근로를 제공하는 근로자(파트타임 근로자 포함)기간제근로자 : 일정기간의 근로계약기간을 정하여(구두 또는 묵시적 약속이나 계약도 포함) 근로를 제공하는 근로자로, 계약기간의 장·단, 계약의 반복갱신 여부, 명칭(계약직, 촉탁직, 임시직, 계절근로자, 계약사원 등)과 관계없음기간제근로자가 아닌 한시적 근로자 : 일정기간의 근로계약기간을 정하지는 않았으나, 회사사정에 따라 언제든지 근로계약을 종료한다는 조건으로 근무하게 하는 근로자정규직근로자 : 상기 8가지 항에 해당하지 않는 근로자로 근로계약기간을 정하지 않거나 특별한 사정이 없는 한 계속 고용이 보장되는 근로자임금 : 급여, 수당, 상여, 기타 등 명칭의 여하에 불문하고 근로의 대가로 사용자가 근로자에게 지급한 금액(현금 및 현물 등)을 모두 포함하여 기입함기타수당 : 통상적수당에는 포함되지 않으나 임금으로 볼 수 있는 수당(연․월차유급휴가근로수당 포함) 다만,「근로기준법」등에 의하여 지급되는 연장근로수당, 야간근로수당 및 취업규칙 등에 의하여 정하여진 휴일에 근로한 대가로 지급되는 휴일근로수당은 제외됨정액급여 : 기본급+통상적수당+기타수당기본급 : 근로계약, 취업규칙, 단체협약 등에 의하여 소정근로시간 또는 법정근로시간에 대하여 지급하기로 정하여진 임금통상적수당 : 단체협약, 근로계약, 취업규칙 등에 의하여 근로자에게 일․주․월․ 기타 임금산정기간내의 소정근로시간 또는 법정근로시간에 대하여 정기적․일률적으로 지급하기로 정하여진 고정적 수당초과급여 : 근로기준법상의 소정실근로시간을 초과하는 근로(시간외근로)로 인하여 추가로 지급되는 급여(연장+야간+휴일근로수당)전년도 연간 상여금 및 성과급 총액 : 급여지급 관계규정에 명시되었는지의 여부와 관계없이 정기 또는 비정기적으로 근로자에게 지급되는 고정상여금과 변동상여금을 말함전일제 : 취업규칙 등에서 정한 정규직근로자의 소정근로시간(정규적인 업무개시 시각과 종료시각과의 사이의 근로시간)과 동일한 시간동안 근무하도록 정해진 근로자단시간제 : 통상근로자(사업체내 가장 일반적 형태의 근로자)의 1주간 소정 근로시간(보통은 1주일에 40시간)보다 1시간이라도 짧은 소정근로시간동안 근로를 제공하는 근로자소정실근로일수 : 취업규칙, 단체협약 등에서 정한 소정근로일에 출근하여 실제로 근로한 일수의 합계휴일실근로일수 : 취업규칙 및 단체협약 등의 소정근로일 이외의 휴일(주휴일, 취업규칙상 휴일)에 출근하여 근로한 일수의 합계근로시간 : 조사기간 중 조사대상 근로자가 실제로 근로한 시간의 누계소정실근로시간 : 사업체의 취업규칙이나 단체협약 등으로 정한 소정근로일에 정규적인 업무개시와 종료시각 사이의 실제로 근무한 시간 초과실근로시간 : 소정실근로시간 이외의 연장근로시간, 휴일근로시간 등 정규근로시간 이외에 초과하여 근로한 시간 휴일실근로시간 : 초과실근로시간 중 소정근로일이 아닌 휴일에 실제로 근무한 시간
